Descriptions on this site are general in nature; the specific scope, deliverables, and terms of any engagement are agreed separately and directly with the client before work begins.

Certificates, resumes, and other documents made available for viewing on this site remain the property of their respective issuing organisations and/or Nolubabalo Rixana, and are provided for review purposes only.

5. Consultation Bookings

Booking a consultation through this site (via the embedded Google Calendar scheduler) reserves a time slot for an initial conversation. It does not, by itself, constitute a contract for paid services — any paid engagement is agreed separately following the consultation. Bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled in line with the options provided by the booking tool.

6. Client Responsibilities

If you engage services through this site, you agree to provide accurate information, respond to reasonable requests for information needed to complete the work, and use any advice, deliverables, or automation provided responsibly and in line with applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

This website and its content are provided "as is." While reasonable care is taken to keep information accurate and up to date, no guarantee is made that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.
